Arabic Gum Kordofan 21%
ARABIC GUM KORDOFAN 21% is a gum Arabic (species Kordofan), in 22% aqueous solution (demineralized) stabilized with sulfur dioxide (0.5%).
Colloidal stabilizer, with very low filling power and very high protective power for wines in bottle. The use of ARABIC GUM KORDOFAN 21% increases and restores the colloidal content of the wines after filtration, improving the product both in taste and body.
It’s an excellent colloidal protector for cloudiness caused by polyphenols, anthocyanins, proteins and metals.
