Arabic Gum Seyal 30%

ARABIC GUM SEYAL 30% is a gum Arabic (species SEYAL), in aqueous solution (demineralized) to 30%, stabilized with sulphur dioxide (0.5%).
The use of ARABIC GUM SEYAL 30% increases and restores the colloidal content of the wines after filtration, improving the product both in taste and body.
It’s an excellent colloidal protector for cloudiness caused by polyphenols, anthocyanins, proteins and metals. In wines subjected to pasteurization can replace the use of metatartaric acid, because thanks to its concentration, it keeps intact the characteristics of freshness and clarity over time of the product
