Maria Di Prato CEO BIOTEC together with other important female figures, including the famous actress and producer Maria Grazia Cucinotta, have given life to the “TABULA ROSA” initiative where women capable of taking the field are asked to make their contribution to the Planet in this difficult historical moment. Women have in their DNA those natural gifts such as sensitivity, pragmatism and the ability to synthesize. Qualities indisputably decisive for actions of support and help to our world. The initiative has also become a workhorse of BIOTEC not because its corporate composition is 100% female, but above all to create in our country and beyond, a model of change that must include deserving women, together to the male component, at the top of both politics and the state.
