TAN B is used to prepare quality wines, as it provides the indispensable balance of polyphenols, that is, it improves the ratio of tannins of skin, grape seed and anthocyanin’s. These components act as a brake to the formation of free radicals, also protecting the structure, colour and aromas of wine.
